Parnasse Sauvignon Blanc

Country of Origin: France

Parnasse is named after the mountain grass that flowers above our vineyards each spring, marking the beginning of a long, languid summer. Francoise Estier weaves the character and strengths of a number of individual regions to create a wine style truly expressive of the South of France – beautifully ripe and expressive whilst softly structured and easy to appreciate.

Tasting Notes:

Very pale yellow-green in colour. The nose is fresh, pure and very aromatic with varietal citrus fruit, floral and grassy aromas. The palate offers a thrilling burst of vibrant tropical and citrus fruit flavours wrapped in soft mineral acidity.

Enjoy this wine well chilled with seafood and other lightly flavoured dishes.
