Yes, we ship Australia-wide!

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders $50 and over. 

A $10 shipping fee applies for orders less than $50. 

After placing and paying for your order, you will receive an email with the details of your order.

We will send you an email with your consignment number and a link to the courier’s site to track your order.

Delivery will take 2-3 days for Sydney Metro from the time of order.

For Eastern States, delivery may take 3-5 days; and Western Australia, 4-7 days. However, you would usually receive your order sooner than these time frames!

The courier will require an adult’s signature at delivery, unless you have specified beforehand that the order can be left in a safe place at the premises. If there is no adult present when the courier arrives and no prior arrangement has been made, the courier will leave a note at the door to inform you where the order can be picked up from. This can be at a post office or a newsagency.

You can always have your order delivered to your work or office where a signature can be received at the time of delivery.

Yes, of course. You can specify where to and to whom you’d like us to deliver. The invoice will be emailed to you and will not be included with the delivery.

You can also purchase a gift certificate online to your chosen value and provide us with the recipients’ email address. They get to choose their own gift from the store!

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement for products claimed to be of unacceptable quality after due inspection of the said products.

We currently only ship within Australia. We may be able to send a bottle or two internationally but this will require that the customer bear the cost of shipping.

Your order is processed and packed as quickly as possible, but if they have not been dispatched, we may be able to change your order. Please contact us.
