Country of Origin: France

The Maison Dosnon is located in Avirey-Lingey, in the heart of a unique terroir of Champagne called La Côte des Bar. Found in the southern part of the Champagne region, the vineyards are situated on rolling hill of hard limestone soils like Chablis. Davy Dosnon, native of Avirey-Lingey, wanted to create a modern and ecologically sustainable Maison de Champagne, endeavouring to achieve excellence and to honour and celebrate the diversity and quality of their terroir.

Tasting Note:

95% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier

Light, bright orange. Redcurrant, orange zest, jasmine and a hint of dusty minerals on the seductively perfumed nose. Juicy, vibrant and taut, offering powerful, spice- and mineral-accented flavours of red berries and candied orange peel. Silky and expansive on a finish resounding with orange and mineral notes.

93 Points – Josh Raynolds, vinous.com
