The Aude Valley, flowing from the foothills of the Pyrénees to Carcassonne in the south of France has a long association with Chardonnay. The high altitude and cooling evening breezes creates fresh and elegant interpretations of this classic grape variety.

Tasting Note:

Fruit-driven and expressive with aromas of citrus and stone fruit and a hint of creamy oak. The palate is lively and fresh with elegant white peach flavours evolving towards melon and a rich and soft mouth feel before fresh mineral acidity ensures a long dry finish.
