Country of Origin: Italy

Tasting Notes:

Lifted and expansive, clearly benefiting from the now 5 years in bottle, with aromas of ripe cherry, violets and licorice highlighted by notes of violets, leather and spice. The pallet is medium bodied but build nicely to a ripe mid-pallet with rich red berry flavours, savoury spice and dried herbs. A nicely complex and approachable wine that is a very versatile partner to food.
