Country of Origin: France

Summum Vodka is double distilled in Cognac, France at the A. de Fussigny Distillery’s Maitre de Chais.

Made from 100% wheat, a multiple plate column still distillation is used to ensure the resulting vodka is pure. Water from Gensac Spring, in the Cognac region, is added in three steps, with 2-week resting period in between where, each time, the spirit goes through an oxygenation process.

Summum Vodka is an authentic, handcrafted vodka, imported from France and made in the region of Cognac, France.

Summum is latin for summit. The word is commonly used in French to designate the best of the best, one that has been made with the highest possible ingredients and production technique.

The secret of a quality vodka lies in the quality of its ingredients: Summum use wheat from the Beauce region in France. Beauce is a region in northern France, located between the Seine and Loire rivers. Beaune is one of France's most productive agricultural areas. They use multiple plate column still distillation, which ensures the best purity of the vodka.

Water is added in three steps with 2-week resting period in between.  Each time the spirit undergoes a blending accelerator (oxygenation process). Water is sourced from the Gensac spring, a spring located near the city of Cognac.
